Reiki levels

There are three Reiki levels:

A Reiki Level I student is 20% attuned to the Universal Life Force Energy which promotes physical healing. This is the time to get familiar with the energy. You will begin to use a "hands on" technique to heal yourself, your pets and plants. Pets and plants do not have the energy blockage that humans do, and do not require more than a minute or less of energy. During this time, you will probably begin using your Reiki for willing friends and relatives. This all helps you to understand the energy and how it works.

After time, you and your Master Teacher may agree that you are ready to move to Level II, which is 80% attuned to the Universal Life Force Energy. Now you are able to send distant healing and receive the Reiki symbols. You may also discuss with your Master/Teacher the possibility of becoming a Reiki practitioner at this time. Since Reiki is healing on all levels, emotional healing may occur during this time. If you desire, and when you are ready, you will proceed to Level III, Reiki Master, which is 100% attuned to the Universal Life Force Energy. Now you receive the master symbols and have a duty to teach other students.
